SOUNDCORE FLARE REVIEW

Today I will be reviewing a 60$ speaker from a company called anker. This speaker is the soundcore flare. First off we will go over my out of the box experience

Out Of The Box

When I took this out of its amazon box the first thing I noticed was the beautiful packaging this speaker came in. It is a beautiful blue box with nice pictures on the side. It Is made of a high quality cardboard.

I opened the box up and found a few things, the speaker, a micro-usb cable, a users manual, and Anker’s famous “happy, not happy“ card.

This speaker is pretty small. It’s a little larger than a can of pop.

I turned on the speaker, and connected it to my phone. Instant connection. I am able to instantly connect to the speaker just by turning on Bluetooth on my phone and then turning on the speaker. Similar to something with apples W1 chip.

I turned on some music and a heard a melodious noise. The speaker has some amazing sound. It’s bass was low and clear, and it’s treble is crisp.

I turned up the volume to max. That was a bad move because this speaker gets way too loud (not too loud, just very loud for indoors). This speaker is definitely loud enough for an outdoor gathering or party. The amazing sound quality is not comprimised when you turn up the volume.

Continued Use

I downloaded the soundcore app. My speaker needed an update immediately so I updated it. That took around ten minutes. Then I played some music to test out the app.

The ability to adjust the LED lightshow is a major plus. I love this different color combos and the ability to change the style of the light show.

The sound settings are nice, the only thing I’m really disappointed is the custom sound setting. It’s doesnt work well, no matter how you set the settings it always sounds bad, even if you adjust them exactly the same as a preset setting.

I like the bassup setting. It allows you to have some additional bass which is always welcome by me!

Overall i think this is a great speaker for the price, and that anyone who wants a speaker on a budget (or anyone really) should pick one of these up.

I hope you enjoyed this review! Thanks for reading it!
